A Bunch of MLB Trades

Manny Ramirez, one of the best players in baseball, was traded to LA Dodgers in a three way trade with the Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Dodgers. Manny Ramirez is going to be # 28 and 3 or 4 in the lineup.Now  the Dodgers will be better with Manny.

Ken Griffey JR is now apart of the White Sox. He will help them go to the playoffs.

Finally Rich Harden was traded to the Cubs. I wanted him to stay in Oakland and I feel the A’s made a bad trade.

Tony

Tony’s like my brother. We’re always together. We played against each other in baseball this year; he was on the A’s and I was on the Tigers. And he’s gonna be on my soccer team this year too! We trade baseball cards all the time because we have like hundreds of them

Isiaih

Isiaih’s cool. He has a mountain bike just like me and he has a ton of energy. He always wants to go out riding or go play baseball somewhere. He’s an awesome soccer player. We get nervous when know we’re playing his team just because of him! I used to think he’s tall but I think I’m still taller than he is

Wally

What’s really cool about Wally is that there’s a movie with his name as the title!! And he also made it on my soccer team this year. We’ve gone to A’s games together, he’s spent the night at my house, and he’s just crazy Plus he likes baseball just as much as I do. 

Red dogs slaughter

7/22/08 After losing game after game this summer it was our turn to fight back. The Red Dogs dominated Rohnert Park tonight and came through with an 18-0 win!! Evan stole home twice tonight; Jordan took one in the back for the team; Kenneth had a line drive up the middle out to center field; Jeremiah stole home and threw someone out at second; Matthew pitched two innings and didn’t give up any runs; James called the trap play and it worked and we got the guy out at home; Shane came thru with a hurt arm; Dylan ran up the score with a two run double; and I stole home while the catcher had his back to me. The best part about it was my third base coach didn’t even see the open play…I saw it and took off and was safe by a mile. YES!!!! To top it off…..the A’s won tonight killing the Devil Rays, 8-1. Next up, Red Dogs vs Pacifica Gold…Thursday night, 5:30pm. 

My Favorite Players

NFL: My favorite NFL player is Darren McFadden for the Oakland Raiders. I like him because I really like running backs, he runs really fast, and scores a lot of touchdowns. 
 

NBA: Monta Ellis is my favorite NBA player because he is not a ballhog and point guard is my favorite position. 

MLB: Nick Swisher is my favorite baseball player because he used to be on the A’s and he is a switch hitter and plays center field which is the position I play.
